Residents and members of the local community joined Tilia Homes to celebrate the official opening of the new showhomes and play area at its Maplewood Grange development in Exeter.
The community event gave visitors the opportunity to explore the new showhomes, enjoy the play area and find out more about the homes and neighbourhood taking shape on the western edge of Exeter.
Guests included Councillor Philip Bialyk, Leader of Exeter City Council, who attended the event alongside local residents, prospective purchasers and members of the Tilia Homes team.
The new play area has been created as a welcoming space for local families and forms part of Tilia Homes’ commitment to creating places where communities can grow and thrive.
